Title: My left arrow key is bugged down in vice city.

My left arrow key is bugged down in vice city.
When I go to settings and my draw distance and brightness keeps going low while im trying to set them cause this button is somehow bugged in this game and i can't play cause when i spawn my character keeps spinning arround and camera keeps viewing ground.

Try to reinstall the game, in other folder, if doesnt work plz say me
