What's the point of hiding your identity while banning almost (or all) players? At least face it with your actual nickname. I think victims deserve to know which admin have banned them, don't you think that?
There is no proof, no indications in the rules, and there is no need to trigger a ban without previous warning against this known and regular player of this community.
This is cheeky and admin abuse without a doubt.

This has gone too far now, if you want to keep this sort of person, a guy that bans 1/5th of the entire server community for the minorest things possible, a guy that offends nearly everyone, is an arrogant ass, so be it. But I don't think that decision would be liked by the community.
How do you think it will be? There are so many people banned by this guy, you think when another capable server would release, you think you won't lose players? Ha. Good luck with that.

Yes, i did ban that player for no reason and later unbanned him because i realised i had made a mistake. I apologized to Ryz about everything and we moved on. I have never banned players for no reason and when i was accused that i did, the accusations proved to be fake.
And yes, I did ban you for death evading (there was clear evidence) and later banned you for shooting your teammates. I'm online most of the time so i spectate players at random with different nicknames. I understand you're still butthurt about that but you should move on.

I'm playing everyday and i have not seen (until now) anyone abuse this bug otherwise i would have banned them too. We haven't agreed that we should allow it or disallow it yet but in the meantime i won't allow you to abuse this bug just because it's not in the rules.

Interesting. Yes, i banned you because i thought you were someone else. I unbanned you after 2 hours so i doubt you were really that affected. Admins do make mistakes. Thank you for your input. Well I have been trying to ignore you because of your actions and attitude, just a quick note. I dont think you are that much active and I dont see you playing often, so please stop acting. His behave is even unacceptable with staff members, after I replied to Mahroz's ban appeal thread he messaged me on irc abusing me for no reason but I ignored that after all he has been showing the same behave with me since that day. IF his behave is that bad with staff members and of course his SENIORS then what should the normal players expect?
Anyways lets stick to the topic, I noticed you have been banning people for the things that aren't bannable (banned 5+ guys for heli killing while the rules says, it wont result in ban). Please stop banning regular players because of your personal issues giving fake reasons.
PS: Also why would you BAN WiLsOn from irc for personal matters? You were talking shit about him and when he replied, you banned him. Please don't make another story because I was present at that moment.

Foxtrot: I've been admin since almost 3 years. Pretty much since this server re-oppened until nowadays.
I wouldn't judge from that time, you were not around. And assuming I'm the founder and also developer of a other popular server community, I don't feel like being 24/7 in-game, under alias, unleashing my ban hammer needlessly towards regular players.
This is not about friendship. I can't stand this kind of bias and harshness, because this is not how I used to run it in my administrative ethos. I'm seeing many iniquities in the community lately, and I don't like this at all.

I don't think I'm biased, actually, I've never been reported as admin, manager, or developer ever since I joined VC:MP.
That's because you only handle a couple of forum reports per year and you never ban anyone ingame because you don't play. So naturally, you don't get reported.

I'm locking this thread until further notice and will nicely ask for nobody except for the management to respond to this report. I'm already traumatized by the 3 pages worth of stupidity in this thread so let's please end it here.

FPV bug is not against the rules however given that it really doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if you exploit a bug that gives you an unfair advantage against other players, you will ultimately be punished.
Since it is late and I can't be bothered to post much right now (I may edit this post tomorrow but for now I will just get to the point). It is pretty obvious that something isn't right with Foxtrot's performance, given the amount of attention this topic has generated, all with negative comments about Foxtrot. FYI, Foxtrot's incorrect banning of the heli-killers was resolved and those affected have been unbanned. I personally warned him about this so there really is no need to bring that up again. I have also warned him about his behavior, after reading his replies in a recent topic (http://forum.littlewhiteys.co.uk/index.php/topic,22920.0.html).
I keep issuing these warnings however more reports and complaints from other admins and players keep accumulating, therefore I have no other choice but to issue one last and final warning to Foxtrot. I would suggest to you (Foxtrot) that if you value your place in the staff that you'll improve your attitude drastically and avoid situations like this with fellow community members in the future. However, this blame cannot all be put on Foxtrot, as I have witnessed others intentionally causing problems in an effort just to entrap Foxtrot into potentially being reported or even demoted. It's not cool to joke about cancer, or involve family members. Please people, have some respect.
There's not much more to say really. I don't want to see any more reports about Foxtrot, neither do I want to see any attempts in trying to force him to break rules intentionally. If there just so happens to be another report, then there better be some damn good evidence to back it up. A simple screenshot and your word against his is not going to cut it.
