Title: Resolution is not changing

My resolution is stuck on 640*whatever, any solutions?

Go to SA single player and change there :)

There are 2 ways you can try
.
 First Way :  Open sanandreas single player, don't click on start the game , go to option > display settings select resolution that you want and click apply and restart the game , i hope this will work , if not then try the second way
.
Second way :Re-installation may fix your problem (don't forgot to delete SanAndreas user files before installing again, so when you install it all the settings already have been set to default)

never mind, apparently changing the server and joining another server fixes it (it did for me)
