Did you know you email details if yes then go here pacommunity.co.uk/recover

If no then we cant do anything

His e-mail is on gmail and he said that he used the correct e-mail AND the code did not arrive after 30 minutes/an hour..

Do me a favor and browse through all your incoming mail folders. (Spam et cetera)
