@Morphine, he is already warned and banned a lot of times but seems like he doesn't cares the short time ban periods.

i even had a person translate to him the entire thing and he replied to him in turkish ''Fuck the rules'' . he tries to troll the admins/mods ,i recommend strict punishment for him as i have warned ,drowned ,kicked him countless times and also requested admin to ban him which he did and he got a ban but still he won't listen .

I banned him 2 times before for FPV. I have issued him another ban which lasts 1 week, thanks for the information though :)
