I am not supposed to post here a reply, but I don't think there is something wrong with healing up in that bugged area of downtown hospital. I do it often whenever I am near that hospital. Sorry if it is disallowed due to whatever the reason is, I did not mean to break rules.  :-X

I have been watching a lot of guys doing that and there's no rule against that so I guess it's allowed, thanks for the report though.
