And i think it is prohibited to post religious event topics.

Edit: Forums rule no.8 quoted:

Quote
No religious discussion of any kind. This includes praising your own religion, wishing each other a happy (whatever holiday it is), and making jokes.

You're claiming that religious topics of any kind aren't allowed here? Then i guess admins would have deleted these immeadiately if the rule had applied to what you've stated.

Oh, and Happy Diwali!

Obviously all should be deleted, i noticed earlier as well that when Muslims posted Happy Eid or Ramazan, it was totally ruined by non-muslims and the rule was made that such religious discussions should not be made, later Christians posted Christmas and Easter wishes on the forums which were not deleted or removed, this is a bit biased plus racist (sorry to the management in charge of this)

So, as per the rule, all such posts shall be deleted, no matter its christmas, Eid, diwali or whatever religious post it is.

Jeez chill Usman, no proper religious content has been shared. There is nothing wrong with congratulating others during their festivals. The key is to be open minded..
Happy Diwali!

Christmas is celebrated at more than 3/5 of the world, so Easter is. Muslim ones aren't (1/5 I believe).

Don't call me a racist or something like that, it's just truth. PERMANENT one.

Deal with facts. Or should I poke your nose into them?

Example: Albania is rather poor country (prolly you live there). I don't want to insult any ALbanian is this case, I'm saying fact. Hate me, but it's fact.

Afaik christmas at this point is as religious as the LHC. Even atheists celebrate it.

Exactly this. I don't believe in God but I celebrate it. Love you.

boo-hoo, religion related stuff, boo..
Stop bringing that rule in, please. There is no drama, nothing wrong going on except people wishing themselves a happy Diwali and there is always that ONE guy that either has to come in, insult someone else's religion beliefs (managerchanceruined.exe), or a guy posting that rule, or a guy going against other religions.
Just stop. I'm perfectly sure the management is aware of that rule however since it is not enforced at all.. you don't need to post it. It just causes unnecessary drama over things like Christmas..

And, the word racism means:
The belief that all members of each race possess characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races
Prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior

Happy Diwali!

Your point is totally wrong, from the 2014 Census, the muslims population around the world is almost equal to christians population, here's the proof:

So u are simply being racist calling muslims are small in numbers so they should not be allowed or whatever crap you mean!

boo-hoo, religion related stuff, boo..

This is what i'm talking about, you are saying not to make drama here and stop posting the rules, why was this drama caused in the muslims thread ? Not matter what religion it is, everyone should be kept equal, doesn't works like you delete the muslims topic and don't bear a comment on a non-muslims topic, if muslims thread was deleted, Hindus, Christians or what ever religion Thread it is, it should be removed.

If the rule is made, it has to be implemented, if you make an exception that the rule isn't enforced by the management, why does it exist in the rule book of the forums ?

I have the right to post on the open forums and i would defend me and my religion because our muslims topic was ruined and huge fun was made out of it on this same platform, we were also congratulating each other for the event, topic was later locked saying religious posts arent allowed.

This is indeed totally racist.

P.s, here's one of the topic that was locked while others were removed from the forums:

Read this. Atheists celebrate it. Muslims who live in countries like UK and US celebrate it.

As Spitfire said, X-Mas became a non-religious event. All I said above approves it.

This arguement is unnecessary...Diwali isn't only a religious event anymore...It's also celebrated by christians, sikhs even athiests here too..I don't know well about northern India, but in southern parts, everyone celebrate it..For people who don't know what Diwali is,all people do is buy some fire crackers, rockets etc and blow it in the night for fun. It's a common event now...and this isn't racist...Race and religion is different..k thx bai..

The reason things like this were forbidden in the first place was that it seems fairly impossible for the majority of the members of this community to just be wishing each other a happy whatever without having it spawn useless discussions about which of three identical treasures is the original one. And here is another fine example of how these threads do not work out, therefor, ...
another happy closed thread everyone!
