The browser is unable to download lists of servers, What is the solution :"{

That's the 0.3z browser you got open there, not 0.4.

You've downloaded the previous version of VC-MP. This is 0.3, not 0.4, which you usually play on.
Get the current version Here (http://www.moddb.com/mods/vice-city-multiplayer/downloads/vice-city-multiplayer-04-client).

I have "vcmp 4" but I want "vcmp 3.0"

All of the 0.3 servers are deaths, what do u want to do there? test some hacks?
