Hi Guys,
            I want to know that during fight and then run and go hide in the bank is evade?

No. Doing /q,/kill during combat is considered as death evade, or drowning yourself during combat.
Or if someone is following you, you go inside the bank and do /kill or /q is also considered as death evade.
