Title: Chatting problem

I cant chat in the server what ever message i type it is not sended but when i change my nick and try to chat the chatting works so plz help me to solve my chatting problem

Maybe you have been shunned (like permanently muted) by one of the admins for spamming, repeatedly offending or begging for money?
