maybe was bug, i see some players with this problem, and me, idk if is head 1 hack or a simple bug, only can kill with spaz, stubb or shotgun or other with without m6 or m4

It's a problem with 0.4 Vsync, sometimes your  bullets doesn't work like F1 hack. But if you move close to him, shoot with spaz and try to kill him in close range. I had this problems sometimes, in my opinion this is not hacker, is just Vsync problems.
In the video, I checked you shooted to him with your spaz, but you failed. Improve your aim maybe  8)

I personally killed the guy after Strow reported him in game, i was able to kill him without any problem, so probably there was some issue in Sync.

I'll still keep an eye on him in future, thanks for your report.
