This is a bit weird, to counter check i spec'ed him for about 30mins but couldn't find further clue though i already banned him for spawn camping.

Thanks for the report, will discuss if his ban should be extended.

Edit: HaSsAm has been banned for map modifications as well as Spawn camping.
