Mmmh... I can't see nothing here, He did teamkill, logs later, drowned by server and logs later /disconnect.
Where's the proof of the "death evade"?

This is not considered as death evade and / or drown evade if you mean it.

I remember, in this screen shot he was killed, he did more death evading, because he get drowned and he was killed
