Time and date (if known): 9:30 PM(GMT+5:00 & 4th December,2015.
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Using clan tag of official VC:MP clans.

Additional information: He's not a member of VU & not of MK MK, he's using clan tags of official VC:MP clans.

He also used [ON]ANONIMUL (impersonating an "ON" member) ,actually he won't even wear ON Tag so early.
