Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: death evading ( Bank )

Additional information: i warned him , but he Re-break rules and go to the bank again & he said: look i am again here !!

First to report a player who's evading, make a video. Pictures is not enough.
And second, death evading joining in the bank is not considered death evading, only in bugged areas. (Back side and Right Side)

Moving to bank isn't considered as death evade.
