Title: Account help urgent

this is my acccount coolboy (PAC: 29333) i have  has password i used to register and the email id which i gave is now not working plz admins  can u retrieve this account there  ismoney and vehicle in it and i am [BOSS]Coolboy1 brother thanks

Speculation: there may be an email outage affecting PAC since there is one affecting LUNet. I don't know if these email systems are the same though.

can u plz change my email in pac i will send u a email in pac u can enter that for this account i want to access this account it has my stats

Here are the steps, to change your e-mail;

Step 1: Login by clicking the 'Login' button on the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Login using your in-game nick and password.

Step 3: Click your nick on the upper right corner of the screen, you'll get a small pop-up and click 'Update Profile' in that small pop-up.

Step 4: Change your e-mail address by deleting the earlier e-mail and typing the new e-mail which you want, then you can change your password using the new e-mail.

If I'm right in assuming LUNet and PAC are using the same email system, it won't make a difference, emails wouldn't get sent anyway.

Therein lies the problem though, he can't log in.

i dont know my password how will i login thats the problem and if i want to retrieve my password i have to see my email id which i gave and i think my email is not working so this is problem
