Time and date (if known): Today @ 5-6 pm Pakistan time
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: C-glitch

Additional information: I've seen everytime c-glitching with stubby also.There's much difference of speed between him and other TRCs & also never anyone with such fast speed.
