Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used:using FPV in order to drown me (see in video) and team griefeing

Additional information:
Well,much of vassals want to get in my car,and to stop them I knock them while I take my mates and go or go myself.
Fore tried the same thing,I knocked him (not meant to kill him) it might be partially my mistake indeed,but I've seen him shooting players that don't want to take him in their cars,imagine how annoying it is if you don't want someone to come with you and he pops your wheels,does FPV to drown you.
