That was wrong IP becuz he posted  modem gateway/subnet  and  we are sharing Net  i think our ISP must be same or not?
this is correct IP and he is my cousin also  111.88.64.97

I couldn't find any ban info on 'abbb' or 'sbbb' or any variations of those that I could come up with, as well as either of the IP addresses mentioned.

This 3rd one of you cousins, whatever his nickname might be, should be able to connect..

He could not remember his nick because he dont have that logs and he was banned by milko  in November 2015 for spamming and he still cant join. Ask Milko I think he have that logs or not.

But i think you can find his ip address b/w these ip's becuz my router is an dynamic router which change ip's  every restart.

from this  192.168.0.100  to 192.168.0.106( I mean at the last  100 to 106 change these i hope you find it there)

Those router 192.168.*.* IP addresses are for a Local Area Connection. You need him to get his Internet Service Provider IP which he can find at https://www.whatismyip.com (https://www.whatismyip.com) from his PC.

Our ISP are same becuz we sharing network 113.203.254.125

Edit: I check  this from his PC and when i restart my router our IP will automatically changed every time.
  Yesterday my IP was this 111.88.64.97 now its this 113.203.254.125.
 
Now again its changed to 103.49.138.7

Ok a suggestion to get his IP.He will try to join the server then you unban him that time   is this possible?
