Title: HELP!
Post by: Azure on February 10, 2016, 05:38:04 PM: i reinstalled windows 10 32-bit on my pc and now when I come to play it says gta vc requires at least directx version 8.1 so please I need a link to download and play :D

i'll recommend to get Windows 7, its good. I heard Microsoft is spying people in Windows 10. Actually Windows 10 decide what You should install and what you shouldn't. nvm, i just found a topic on google try them.

Maybe you installed an antivirus in your PC which is blocking your firewell all connections If yes then disable your antivirus .Windows 10/7 also have a security "Windows Defender" which you find it in control panel go to start menu and search windows defender then disable windows defender and then restart you PC then try to install DX 9 or up versions.
