Like Berkley said, you require a video to prove death evading. This image shows us nothing.

For all we know Kelvin could have killed you then when you died he quit the game.

Even the screenshot shows you standing on the spawn location of that team with no weapon in hand so I doubt you even had a chance to kill Kelvin for him to death evade.

I'm gonna have to deny this. If you "see" him doing it again make a video.
