Extra notes: I'm firing from on roof, and that was a small place, then milko teleport to me, then, I fall down and i really don't know why iam falling down in a wall and i falled down at earth, and he thought iam going to in wall, and he banned me immediately..

Sometimes when teleporting occurs it can push the player aside and force them into a wall which can cause them to fall through the map if they were standing too close to the wall when the admin teleported. Where did this happen? Milko must have had a reason to teleport to you in the first place, wait for his response.

memate, please do not post here as it isn't your ban. You were banned for a different reason.
