I already told you its not VCMP browser problem i also face this problem but it was fix when i just reinstall windows 7 and it was fixed and i faced this problem because i installed a lan gaming client which change my IPv4 and IPv6 settings. you installed windows correctly?you installed 32 bit or 64? I am using 32 bit for now(not have much time to do 64 bit)

Try this.
 go to start menu right click on computer and click on manage  then select  device manager  then uninstall your adapter you may see a option there "delete the driver software for this device" then uninstall and reinstall you adapter.If you don't have your adapter setup then you can find it there www.driveridentifier.com (http://www.driveridentifier.com)


Edit: I will try to make a video about that how this problem became and solution.
