I wanted to Know if there is any /config command for increasing draw distance?

No. But you can increase tag's draw distance using /setconfig tag_maxdist <distance>     (without < , >) default is 100 aka 100 meters.

otherwise there is a mod released for greater draw distance. ( http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f2372-vice-city-x10-draw-distance (http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f2372-vice-city-x10-draw-distance) ).
