Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Continously team killing

Additional information: as u can see in picture i was killing his clan mate [DMC_T]Ghost_Rider and to save him he take my skin and start hitting me with car so many times to save his friend.
I also warn him that he do it again i will report but he was continously doing it on purpose.
