Does he have a history of doing this?  If not, I think a warning should suffice but otherwise I believe a 2 or 3 day ban is appropriate.

He's a regular and started doing it when he found out I'm not an admin anymore. He's been a regular player for a while now.

I would really like it if Ghost_Rider would speak up on this matter.  Unfortunately I don't think this will happen, so a decision needs to be made.  Personally, I think a 3 day ban is more than enough for teamshooting.  Unless anybody objects, I'll enforce the ban later tonight.
