What's your usual ping?
mine is usually 50-100 when my internet isn't playing up[which is most of the time.
The way I did this was by waiting for the console ping graph to finish.

In-game it's around 50, never higher than 60 I guess... But that's high compared with my MTA:Race in-game ping which is around 25 most of the time :)

You need to get some prime NY connections eDiT.

I'm usually around 130-150 ingame.

atm im in UK on virgin BB (4MBs were the hell is my smeggin upgrade!!!)
and in game my ping is 80 -110 and is nice and playable on LW's :D

Cant wait for my upgrade 10MB FTW! - hell my ping may reduce to 79-109! lol

I've got about 30-40 ping in game, used to have around 15-20 in 0.1 days, I'm an easy target :(

ANyways, mines about 70 or so when server is under 60 people and 90 or so when above this.

Not bad. I have better ping than most UK players!!!

i defintely think moving the server out of germany has decreased out pings!
mine doesnt get above 220 now!
