I was playing Counter Strike Global Offensive on competitive and I saw this.

Nah, it was a just lucky flick shot at 2:22, even though demo lag made it look like silent aim. Seems clean to me.

I watched it in slow motion and this shitty replay system always gets lagged when you keep reloading it cause that game is so bugged.

But I I'm sure that was hack.
You can rewatch it from here if you have this game. It wont lag like that if you stay away from speed up/slow down and from any other replay buttons.
There are summer sales on going in steam ends on 4th july, I suggest you to buy this game if you don't already of it. Its only 7 euros -50% on sale.
