Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: unabiltity to stop crouching

Additional information:  I warned this guy several times but he didn't listen he shoots and then crouches to protect himself from bullets as u can see in the last 2 pics there are bullets coming at him but wont reach since he is crouching(these bullets were coming from a cop skin)
