Title: Usage of !ann /ann without any purpose

I wanted to know from managers is usage of ann allowed without any purpose such as saying players noob by ann and spamming their screen with no reasons many of the admins and mods do this please tell so if it is not allowed i can report them with proofs.

if you have any problen, you can post here, if you wanna report. Go to correct section, and stop spam there :D

First of all correct your english skills and

I posted this topic to know if usage of ann is allowed without any purpose or not why are you being butthurt.

Ann can be used by admins according to their discretion especially during events. However multiple instances of useless anns are not allowed. You can report your complain at the reports board.
