Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Lack of knowledge of rules, deny report's with cleary evidence

Additional information: There, the reported guy was having 100% health, after noori push down him with the pcj, his health decreases to 57%, and the mr.admin niky.wolf deny this report, Thank's
