Extra notes: I admit that i use wall hack in your server, but now i'm requesting to be unbanned, i apologize for that mistake and will never happens again. Thanks

What exactly is a "wallhack?"  If you mean wall-glitching (shooting through walls) I don't see why this has to be a permanent ban.  7 days should be sufficient
