i have a serious problem i cant change my name and password due to i forgot my pac password and also i forgot pac email but after many tries i got my email but now its has been deleted by yahoo for inactivity what i can do any way get out from this problem -_-

You should probably just create a new PAC account with a valid and working e-mail address to avoid situations like this in the future.

But my account is already available in pac and in pac no option to create a new account

You have  to choose a new nick In game (LW server) there you can create a new account  with your new nick by this cmd /register <email> <password>
