Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used:i really don't know what to call this one

Additional information: idk it's some kind of bug or he did something,just 5 minutes ago from this video he Evaded by minizing game but i failed to record,[ON]Zevik  was there and he saw it i used /report but a vid was in need.

he evaded via /lay cmd, np will be banned for a week. Thanks for report
