I see that you want to get unbanned so badly that i'll go ahead and make some recommendations for you, later you decide what's better.
If you have learnt your lesson as you claim, stop opening new topics over and over again and make an 'honest' ban appeal saying that you won't do such things in the future, ever again, ask kindly for an unban, remove unacceptable cheating clients from your gta_sa and wait for the unban date to expire (if given) patiently and without bothering admins. Success is not 100 percent guaranteed, but you shouldn't be hopeless.

If you no longer wish to play on the server please break our rules, then when you have done that pop onto the forum and spam broken english, dont fill in a ban appeal properly and flame admin,
when thats finished ban evade a bit, ban evade alot...... then have the cheek to come back to forums and complain that you were not unbanned......... spam a bit more
ban evade for a few more days and still dont fill out a proper ban appeal,
ignore our countless posts askin/telling you to fill out a ban appeal properly, ignore our countless requests for you to stop making new topics( also not filled out properly) and to stop spamming.
we will be only happy to help with your needs as the server really needs players like you.
