I really wanna tell u guys that the most players who kill others easily use 2 shots...i reported it many times even when admin is dere but no actions r taken....plss luk in to this matter adminss

Administrators have banned thousands of players in the last few years for this particular rulebreak. If you have a suspect 2shooting around when nobody from staff team is online, report it by using /re ID reason or sending a private message to an admin on forums.
It's way more useful than starting meaningless topics such as this one.

Why don't you name these people? I haven't seen any reports from you about people using 2shot.

Provide them the proof.
It's not possible for admins to check every fight to see if someone is 2 shooting or not.Also players who are aware of the rules only uses it when there's none to watch and takes advantage in a fight.So,the only way is to get proof and report it to the admins on forum pm.But don't post the proof publicly or don't say anything that will make the player aware that he has been caught.
Fraps a player doing 2 shots (intentionally) and show it to an admin.
And yes,don't forget to /report first.
