Title: Cannot buy Hotring Racer (variant #1)

Hi all!

I've found a Hotring Racer next to the North Point Mall and i wanted to buy it, but the server says "This vehicle is not for sale." :O Why not? I collected money only for this car (500k$).

some vehicles are not for sale. Hoting race (north point), Sparrow, Buss, Magic carpet.

IDK if some day you can buy any
