Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Was begging for money (as all VA do) but this guy was spaming

Anyway, he is fake VA member. Please enforce the report and ban him.

Although it was not spamming as he only  repeated it two times , but never the less will be warned because he is using clan tag without being in the clan .
