Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used Abusing in pashto Language and spamming he should be banned i warned him 10 times

Noori he was crossing his limits he including every thing about me he was just not insulting me he was also going to family and i recently watch a report where the person was banned if i found i will post link here
