Title: Top 100 killers of LW

Well due some reason I've created top killers list based on PAC pages like https://pacommunity.co.uk/server/15/profile/4 (https://pacommunity.co.uk/server/15/profile/4) (Juppi fortunately allowed me to do this)
And since it was created why not to publish it? :)
Disclaimer: I am not sure how much it correct data, it should be at least. All data were collected during few days around 15.12.2016

@vito, you did an awesome job mate.

Can you setup webstats signature, talk to Juppi/Force. If you need background designs, there's someone who can design it in official manner. Just like littlewhitey's SA:MP got, there can be of littlewhitey's VC:MP.
