Time and Date that you were banned: 30-12-16 (i not remember the time, sorry for that).
Suspected Reason (if any): Death Evade
Admin that banned you (if known): p4t
Extra notes: Okay, this is my second ban in Lw since i play, and i want say It was my fault, I admit it, i am serious, and normal player i am not custom to evade, stat padding or something forbbiden, i admit it was my fault, and i will promise, i never will do this again, seriously, the only thing that i want it's be unbanned and play lw normally, Forgive me and please unban me, have a happy new year 2017 wish you the best. -Luiszczek.
