Time and Date that you were banned: I can't remember, it was 1 year ago.
Suspected Reason (if any): I had few problems with Jellyfish that's what I can remember
Admin that banned you (if known): Jellyfish
Extra Notes: well, I decided to make a ban appeal since it's a new year in order to play in the server again all I remember is that I was banned 1 year ago. It's up to admins.

He was permanently banned as far as I remember.
