Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Shun evading twice by joining with another account

Additional information: I already took care of it, posting this in case somebody felt the need for an heavier punition. At first I thought I muted the wrong player so I unmuted him and muted his second account. Later I understood what happened so I muted both accounts when he rejoined. Anyway the logs are in spanish but "tomi" was saying that his main account, referring to [TpS_T]tomi, was permanently muted and he couldn't write nor talk, nothing more than that.
