Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Death Evade (via Pause)

Additional information: Images 1 and 2 was the first death evade. This was taken on the Starfish Island road. Images 3 to 5 was his second death evade. That was taken at the junction at Little Havana. Me, and Theremin/PunkNoodle saw both first and second evades. I updated this post to add the second death evade.
