Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: using VA tag but not in clan

Additional information: HE IS ALREADY WARNED BY p4t.

EDIT: When p4t kicked him from server, he came without tag. But when p4t left the server, after sometime he again joined server with using VA tag: http://i.imgur.com/1yvF4ov.png (http://i.imgur.com/1yvF4ov.png)
