Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Impersonanting

Evidence: I'm the real pain , i'm not [DM]PaiN ... I'm from Peru and he from Pakistan . I only ask that your help me that the administrators are not to use my nick again, as it is very uncomfortable for me , the evidences is in my past report
