Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: VPN & Advertise(he is from Pakistan..) [I THINK HE IS ALSO BAN EVADING.. I'M NOT SURE]

Additional information: He has a wonderful ban history.

This is his previous report for this player. (http://forum.littlewhiteys.co.uk/index.php/topic,27587.msg275085.html#msg275085) As you can see. The administrator that banned him, did not specify if the player was permanently banned or temporarily banned (and if it was temporary, he also didn't tell us the amount of days he was banned). This causes some to think that this player is ban evading. I won't be able to know if i could take any action or what.

A player caught hp hacking is banned for 4 weeks usually but i will leave this one to noori.
