Try to run vcmp as Administrator or "Windows me 98"

The in the disc C you will find folders named with numbers like e5396369rouf5. Remove them. Abd if not re-install windows again
-
Press Ctrl + R and type cmd, and type nslookup
check it its timeout or not.(don't post any address ok)
All vcmp servers are not working for you or only LW server?
Press Ctrl + R and type cmd, and type ping 91.121.134.5
check out if this timeout then maybe an antivirus is blocking your ports or something maybe firewall, check your firewall is it blocking vcmp or not.
Edit: Check your router too if your are using maybe you have blocked something from there.
