If I press right click by mistake while holding m4 it decreases 10 hp.. Why??

No,This is the aim target known as First person view(FPV),whenever, you aim target(FPV) with m4/m6/Aug/m246 or Ruger you will lose 10 hp.Because,it is disallowed here.

FPV is disallowed here that's why you lose 10 hp. Its disallowed because there's a bug in the FPV aim which is not yet solved by the VC:MP devs(afaik).
