Time and date (if known): everyday
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: ban evade
Evidence: https://trc.vicelegends.com/index.php?topic=482.msg4411#new (when he applied there, his name was logan but afterwards he changed it to Thor^ i had seen his name on another forum too but i don't remember which was that.. If you don't believe me, you can check ip-range of this guy.
